I earned my master’s degree in counseling from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. I am working as a Licensed Professional Counselor – In Training with Abegglen Counseling.
Throughout the counseling process, I will offer compassionate and supportive care to my clients. My belief is that with validation of one’s personal experiences, we can co-create a safe space to explore past trauma and current struggles. I utilize a personalized, family systems approach when meeting with you to understand your social context and lifestyle. My clinical experience has given me the opportunity to help those experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, grief, trauma and interpersonal difficulties.
My goal is to collaborate with you and assesses your lifestyle; both past and present to see how it has shaped your values, beliefs and behaviors. I will support you through the challenging and meaningful moments of life by listening, validating and encouraging you to develop tools and pull from your own personal strengths to create solutions.
