| Fitchburg and Madison Locations |

We are currently accepting applicants for full time psychotherapists at both our Fitchburg and Downtown Madison locations.  We will continue accepting applicants until all positions are filled.  

At this time, we are only accepting applications for those who already hold a terminal (full) license to practice psychotherapy in the state of Wisconsin and are only hiring for full-time. See below for more detail.

  • Regent Street, Downtown Madison - Our Regent Street office is easily accessible by car, bus, and bike, with free parking for providers and clients. Each provider is assigned their own beautifully furnished office with a large window.

  • Fitchburg, WI - This position will start after the new year at our new Fitchburg location off of Seminole Highway



  • Provide clients with in-person and/or telehealth mental health services - our providers are highly autonomous and manage their calendars/client scheduling. Most administrative tasks are completed by our full-time office manager, so providers are not responsible for billing, accepting payments, distributing initial paperwork, etc...

  • Must work no less than 28 hours per week to be considered for full-time.  Weekly hours do include used PTO, consultation meetings, etc, etc...(scheduling is flexible and negotiable), 3 of those hours being early morning, evening, or weekend (providers choice).

  • Work independently while maintaining the clinic's policies and procedures

  • Attend monthly consultation/staff meetings

  • Complete case notes in a timely manner


  • Hold a valid license to independently practice psychotherapy in Wisconsin (no longer under supervision)

  • Preference is given to those previously credentialed with insurance networks (Quartz/Unity, Dean/SSM Health, BCBS, WPS, etc..)

  • Preference is given to those with specialized training/certification such as AODA, EMDR, DBT, Trauma, Couples, and/or Families

  • Preference will be given to those who see clients under the age of 18 and/or work with clients with special needs.


  • All providers are W-2 employees, paid monthly regardless of pending insurance and client payments

  • Compensation is available for no-call, no-show appointments (*with some exceptions)

  • Hourly rate of $55+ depending on experience and additional trainings/expertise


  • 100% employer-paid health insurance through Quartz (dependents can be added at the employee's expense)

  • 50% employer-paid dental insurance through Delta Dental (dependents can be added at the employee's expense)

  • 401(k) with up to 3.5% employer matching

  • Annual Safe Harbor profit share of 4.5% of gross
