As a Licensed Professional Counselor and Clinical Substance Abuse Counselor I have been working with teens and adults in the inpatient, outpatient, medication-assisted treatment, and corrections settings.  

 

I support clients in challenging them to move outside of their comfort zone to find the changes they want in their lives. I work mostly from an eclectic approach, drawing from several types of therapy including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Strength-Based Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy and Person Centered Therapy. Through these therapeutic approaches I can help each individual with their unique needs to feel more empowered and confident.
