I’m a Marriage and Family Therapist – in training, with a master’s degree from Edgewood College. I’m trained in Systems Theory. This approach addresses people not only on an individual level, but also as persons who are in relationships and a part of larger groups, or systems.
I have around six years of experience in the mental health field working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I have served a diverse set of clients, struggling with adjustment distress to more serious and persistent mental illness.
My goal is to support people through life’s challenges, building on their personal strengths and skills to help them cope and heal. My hope is that we can work together in a collaborative way to empower, build resiliency, and foster growth and change.
