about me
I am currently a third-year Master’s student in the Clinical Mental Health Counseling program at the University of Wisconsin–Whitewater. My approach to therapy is grounded in empathy and authenticity, with the goal of creating a space where clients feel genuinely supported, understood, and empowered. I work from a trauma-informed perspective and draw primarily from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and person-centered approaches. I view each individual through a holistic lens—recognizing the interconnectedness of emotional, psychological, physical, and social well-being. Through this view, I aim to help foster greater well-being and day to day functioning.

I understand that beginning therapy can feel like a big and sometimes intimidating step. My hope is to help make that process feel as seamless and approachable as possible. I value collaboration and believe that the therapeutic relationship is a powerful foundation for growth and healing.

I have a particular interest in working with individuals across the lifespan, from young children to older adults. My clinical areas of interest include anxiety disorders, depression, OCD, life transitions, and trauma in its many forms.
