about me
I am deeply passionate about creating a safe, welcoming space where every individual feels truly seen and supported. As an intern at Abegglen, I am committed to meeting each person exactly where they are—honoring their unique needs, experiences, and goals.
I understand that taking the first step into therapy can feel intimidating or vulnerable. That’s why I approach every client with patience, warmth, and flexibility. I am willing to do whatever it takes to help each person improve their lives and reach their full potential.
My work is grounded in psychodynamic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed care, and takes a holistic approach to therapy that considers the whole person—mind, body, and environment. I enjoy working with a wide range of children and young adults, and I am especially passionate about tailoring therapeutic approaches to meet the needs of individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD).
I am currently in my final year of pursuing my master’s in social work and plan to obtain my LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) upon graduation. I feel honored to walk alongside my clients as they build resilience, discover new strengths, and work toward a more fulfilling life.
