Dialectical Behavioral Therapy
DBT is a theraputic approach that supports the decrease of harmful behaviors and the increase of healthy behaviors through the use of mindfulness skills, distress tolerance skills, emotional regulation skills, and effective interpersonal skills.
We offer individual DBT services, and occasionally, small group (for both teens and adults) DBT.
